SKY SPORTS SEALS NEW SCOTTISH FOOTBALL TV DEAL

TOP Scottish football games will remain exclusively live on Sky Sports for at least another seven years after the broadcaster struck a new deal with the SPFL.

Sky has agreed a four-year extension to its current contract which will see it able to show even more games from the Scottish Premiership – it could rise to as many as 80 games a season by 2029.

Clubs will also be able to show up to five league games per season pay-per-view on their own streaming platforms, starting immediately.

And for the first time the Scottish women’s game will be shown on Sky with at least five matches a season being shown from the Scottish Women’s Premier League or Sky Sports League Cup as it’ll now be known.

  • NEW SKY SPORTS SCOTTISH FOOTBALL TV DEAL
