FA CUP TO BE ENTIRELY FREE-TO-AIR THIS SEASON

The FA Cup is completely free-to-air on UK TV this season.
As reported by Footie on TV in 2019 when the deal was struck, ITV is taking over BT Sport’s rights.
The BBC held on to its rights which mean the competition will be the only UK domestic competition to have all its TV games available without a subscription.
The four-year agreement will see the final being shown by both the BBC and ITV while the broadcasters will show a semi-final each.
Up to six games a round will be shown from the first round proper in November with replays also included in the deal.
ITV will show up to 28 games a season from the Cup and BBC up to 18.
