FOUR match rounds of Premier League fixtures and TV selections have been released early.

The league says broadcast partners Sky and TNT agreed to bring forward the schedule confirmation following league talks with the Football Supporters’ Association and club fan advisory boards.

A spokesperson said: “The fixture announcement gives supporters more than three months’ notice to plan and make travel arrangements for a particularly busy time of the year.”

Seven Boxing Day games will be played with three live on TV. The three other games will be shown on Sky on the day after which is a Sunday.

Sky will show all 20 games from the Tuesday/Wednesday December 29/30 match round and Tuesday to Thursday January 5-7 midweek round.

Four of the ten New Year’s weekend games will also be shown, three on Sky and one on TNT Sports.

TV games for November will be announced the week commencing September 21 and the other December match rounds on the week commencing October 19.
