How to get your BT Sport subscription money back for one month
BT Sport are allowing customers to claim one month’s credit back to compensate for a lack of live action during the coronavirus crisis.
BT say this will be done in the form of a one-month credit on your account.
Alternatively BT is offering you the chance for to donate your one month’s credit to the NHS Charities Together COVID-19 Urgent Appeal.
To make you choice you need to go to the My BT section of BT online and fill in a form with your account details.
