You will be able to see Amazon Prime’s LIVE Premier League games in the pub
Amazon Prime’s 20 live Premier League games will be available to watch in pubs and clubs after a deal was struck with BT Sport.
Amazon have the rights to two entire rounds of live games (the first December midweek and the Boxing Day fixtures, see below).
The Daily Telegraph reports that BT Sport will market a special Amazon pass for pubs so the games can be shown through existing set-top box equipment.
The two companies have already come together over the rights with BT producing Amazon’s live coverage. BT Sport’s team will provide the production for all 20 games behind the scenes, but it’s not clear yet whether BT’s on-air talent will host the matches on-screen.
