REVISED PREMIER LEAGUE TV SCHEDULE CONFIRMED AS PAY-PER-VIEW DITCHED
The Premier League has ditched its controversial pay-per-view model and confirmed all matches will be available on TV until at least the new year.
That means the league is reverting to the arrangements at the start of the season where the extra games are split across current rights holders Sky, BT, Amazon and the BBC.
Sky will show the bulk of the game with BT also picking some extra matches up. There will also be occasional other matches on Amazon Prime and free-to-air on the BBC but these are generally the last pick matches.
The remainder of the November schedule has been revised (below) while December and January selections will be confirmed in due course.
Amazon’s existing contract already has the rights to two full rounds of fixtures for a December midweek and the Boxing Day selections.
